Terms & Conditions for Polarity Grid

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and GSCodes Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Polarity Grid mobile application. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

2License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, GSCodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute Polarity Grid on mobile devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the game, its magnetic mechanics, visual themes, or assets.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the application or modified installation packages (APKs/IPAs).
• Use memory editors, automated bots, speed hacks, or third-party exploits to alter game state, high scores, or in-app purchase entitlements.

3In-App Purchases (IAP) & VIP Pass

Polarity Grid may offer optional digital goods for purchase, including the VIP Pass & Ad Free unlock (polarity_vip_pass).

• One-Time Unlock: The VIP Pass is a non-consumable digital purchase that permanently unlocks all visual themes (Cyber-Magnetic, Retro Synthwave, Minimalist Wood, Porcelain Neo) and removes all non-rewarded advertisements.
• Platform Billing: All purchases are billed through the respective app store (Apple App Store via Apple ID or Google Play via Google account). Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable sales tax / VAT where required.
• Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable purchases can be restored across devices on the same platform account at any time using the in-game “Restore Purchases” feature.
• Refund Policy: Because all transactions are executed directly by Apple Media Services or Google Play, refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective store platform. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Help for refund processing.

4Advertising & Rewarded Content

The free version of Polarity Grid is supported by third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob:

• Players may voluntarily choose to view rewarded video ads to earn in-game lifelines, such as reviving a failed run or continuing a combo chain.
• Reward granting is dependent on complete video viewing and third-party ad network availability. We do not guarantee ad availability at all times.
• Interstitial ads may appear between completed game rounds for non-VIP players.

5Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Polarity Grid—including but not limited to the magnetic grid gameplay mechanics, cascading algorithm, magnetic polarity animations, audio design, themes, icons, logos, and software code—are and remain the exclusive property of GSCodes and its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6Game Progress & Data Storage

Polarity Grid utilizes local device storage (AsyncStorage) to save high scores, session statistics, and settings. Because we do not mandate cloud accounts, uninstalling the application or wiping application data via operating system settings may permanently erase your local gameplay records. GSCodes is not responsible for the recovery of lost local progress.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

Polarity Grid is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSCodes expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, GSCodes, its founder, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access, use, or inability to use Polarity Grid, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9Modifications to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Polarity Grid or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be made accessible on this page. Your continued use of the application following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
