1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Services provided by gscodes.dev, including our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

gscodes provides cloud‑based AI tooling, code generation, and related digital products ("AI Tools‑as‑a‑Service"). Features may change over time.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to reverse engineering, scraping, distributing malware, or infringing on intellectual property.

5. AI‑Generated Content

• Output generated via our AI models is provided “as‑is.” You are solely responsible for verifying its accuracy and legality.
• You grant gscodes a non‑exclusive license to process and store input data for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content on the Services (excluding your own uploads) are the property of gscodes or its licensors.

7. Fees & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or described in a specific Service Level Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gscodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
