1Information We Collect and Store

When you play Polarity Grid, we handle information in the following ways:

• Local Device Storage: We use on-device local storage (AsyncStorage) to save your high scores, lifetime streak statistics, game board state, visual theme preferences (Cyber-Magnetic, Retro Synthwave, Minimalist Wood, Porcelain Neo), sound and haptic vibration preferences, and an offline record of your VIP Pass status. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• No Account Creation: Polarity Grid does not require an account, email address, password, phone number, or social media login.
• Device & Telemetry Data: Standard anonymous crash logs, app performance diagnostics, and general operating system versions may be processed by our store and development frameworks to troubleshoot app stability.

2In-App Purchases & Billing (RevenueCat)

Polarity Grid offers optional in-app purchases, such as the VIP Pass & Ad Free unlock (polarity_vip_pass).

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions and payment method details are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android). GSCodes never receives, processes, or stores your credit card details or bank credentials.
• Receipt Validation: We use RevenueCat to validate digital receipts and unlock your entitlements across devices. RevenueCat processes anonymous device identifiers and transaction receipts solely to determine your active purchase status and allow purchase restoration.

3Advertising & Identifiers (Google AdMob)

To keep Polarity Grid freely accessible for all players, the free tier of the app displays mobile advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob:

• Ad Formats: The app utilizes non-intrusive rewarded video advertisements (which you voluntarily choose to watch to earn a second chance or revive a game run) and occasional interstitial advertisements between completed game sessions.
• Advertising Identifiers: Depending on your operating system and privacy choices, AdMob may access your device’s Google Advertising ID (GAID on Android) or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA on iOS) to deliver relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, and monitor campaign performance.
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS devices, the application requests your permission before tracking or accessing your IDFA. If you choose “Ask App not to Track,” AdMob serves non-personalized, contextual advertisements.
• Removing Ads: Purchasing the VIP Pass permanently disables all interstitial and non-rewarded advertisements in the application.

5Children’s Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Polarity Grid is a casual block puzzle game designed for a general audience and is rated Everyone (ESRB 3+ / PEGI 3). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Where applicable, our ad serving SDKs are configured in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policies. 6Data Retention, Reset & Deletion

Because your game progress is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:

• Clearing Local Data: You can wipe all game progress, scores, and preferences at any time by clearing the application storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
• In-App Purchases: If you reinstall the app on the same platform account (Apple ID or Google account), your VIP Pass can be restored using the in-game “Restore Purchases” button.

7Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California), you may have rights to access, delete, or limit the processing of data associated with your advertising identifiers. You can manage or reset your advertising ID directly in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID

8Changes to This Policy
