MindTrail provides AI-powered tools to generate social media content (text and ideas) and offers scheduling features to publish this content to various social media platforms. The quality and accuracy of AI-generated content are subject to the limitations of the underlying AI models.

• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using MindTrail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTrail and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service.
• Any content generated or published via the service.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The MindTrail app, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of MindTrail and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
